This Privacy Policy explains how Vinfotainment Media and Broadcasting (OPC)

Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your

information when you use the RadioVaani mobile application (the "App") and the

RadioVaani website (together, the "Services").

By using RadioVaani, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only what we need to run the Services:

a) Information you provide

- Account details: when you create an account, we collect your name and email

address.

- Content you submit: song requests, dedications, chat messages, poll responses,

contest entries, and similar content you choose to share in the App.

- Communications: messages you send us for support or enquiries.

b) Information collected automatically

- Device and usage data: basic technical information such as device model,

operating system version, app version, and how you interact with features,

used to keep the Services working and to improve them.

- Push notification token: if you enable notifications, we process a device

token so we can deliver announcements and updates.

c) Payments

- RadioVaani may offer optional premium subscriptions in the future. Where paid

features are offered through the App, payments are processed by the app store

(Google Play) or an authorised payment provider. We do not store your full

card or bank details on our servers.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

- Provide core features such as live radio, song requests, chat, contests,

events, and community groups;

- Create and manage your account;

- Send announcements and notifications you have opted into;

- Maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Services;

- Understand usage and improve the App experience;

- Respond to your enquiries and provide support.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use trusted third-party services to operate the Services. These providers

process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms:

- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Storage) —

used for sign-in, storing app data, and delivering notifications. See Google's

- Google Play services — used for app distribution and, where applicable,

in-app purchases.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information only:

- With service providers (such as Google Firebase) strictly to operate the

Services;

- When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process;

- To protect the rights, safety, or property of RadioVaani, our users, or the

public.

Please note that content you post publicly within the App (for example, chat

messages visible to others) may be seen by other users.

5. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data,

including encryption of data in transit. However, no method of transmission or

storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as

needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain information where required

to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

7. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

You have the right to delete your account and associated personal data.

To request deletion, email us at radiovaani.app@gmail.com from the email address

linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the

request and delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days,

except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

You may also delete specific content you have posted (such as requests) from

within the App where that option is available.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

RadioVaani is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children

under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from

children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information,

contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete

your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted

on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services

after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
